Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused
• With tags attached
• In its original packaging

To initiate a return for orders from www.thekriptstore.com, follow these steps:

1. Visit our RETURNS PORTAL.
2. Enter your order number along with the shipping zip code, email, or phone number used on the order.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return process.

Once the product is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive a refund in the form you selected in the return process.

Note:

• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• The cost of shipping and package protection are non-refundable.
• The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount, if you didn’t opt-in in the Checkout+ feature
• Duties and Tariffs paid at checkout are non-refundable
  

NOTE: FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE USA AND CANADA, PLEASE SELECT RETURNED GOODS/RETURN MERCHANDISE AS REASON FOR EXPORT WHEN BUYING A SHIPPING LABEL

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Swimwear and underwear
• Items marked as FINAL SALE
• Gift cards
• Package protection products (e.g., Route Insurance)

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the return conditions:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused
• With tags
• In original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued according to the refund method selected in the return process. We offer 2 methods of refunds:

1. Free Returns when checking out with Checkout+ (Applicable to USA/Canada customers)
2. Paid Returns (Return Label Fee is calculated at the time of the return [Applicable to USA/Canada customers])
